1. Information We Collect

To provide our WhatsApp-based AI Service, we collect the strictly necessary information:

• WhatsApp Phone Number: Used as your unique account identifier and to send you messages.
• FPL ID & Team Data: We collect your public FPL ID to fetch your team data, mini-league status, and live points from the official FPL API.
• Chat History: We store the context of your recent conversations with the bot (including requested FPL analytics) to allow the AI to maintain a continuous, coherent conversation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to operate and improve Panda FPL:

• To deliver contextual, personalized FPL transfer and captaincy advice.
• To manage your Panda Credit balance and process top-ups.
• To enforce our Acceptable Use policy (e.g., tracking profanity warnings).

3. Third-Party Data Processing

We do not sell your personal data. We securely share specific data fragments with trusted infrastructure partners to run the Service:

• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): Facilitates the sending and receiving of your messages.
• Google (Gemini AI): Processes your chat queries to generate FPL insights. (Note: Your data is processed securely and is not used to train Google's public foundation models).
• Payment Gateways (Polar.sh & Safaricom/M-Pesa): When you purchase credits, your payment information is handled entirely by our secure payment processors. We do not store your credit card numbers or M-Pesa PINs on our servers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your profile and chat history are stored securely in our proprietary database. We implement strict access controls and industry-standard security measures to protect your phone number and chat logs from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account. If you wish to wipe your phone number, FPL ID, and chat history from our database, you can message the bot with a deletion request or contact our support desk. Note that deleting your account will permanently forfeit any remaining Panda Credits.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will notify you of any significant changes via a broadcast message on WhatsApp or by updating the date at the top of this page.
